Re: email sent via the forum

Not sure why I chose to send an email, rather than a pm, but I did.
Now I looked for a copy of what I sent and can't find it.
Not in my own email browser, nor in Notifications/Sent box.

Where do I look ?

I had a look but can't see a way either  but found a help page about emails that didn't help  https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/options_settings

Hy mr-g,
Well it might seem that there's a gap between the vbulletin options_settings, and what appears in the list under the tab Forum Actions/General settings.
On my settings, there are various 'Receive email' options, but no 'Send' options, like 'Send a copy to my Notifications/Sent Box'.

One for Justin ?

To see forum links and images I need 10 posts apparently so this thread has added me 2 so far ;) be interested to see the eventual outcome, it'll be a setting somewhere for Justin to 'weed' out lol

There is an option for me to enable email logging but this would only be for Admin purposes. It's not recommended unless there is an problem.

That's fine by me, Justin.
As I said in the op, I've no idea why I used that method, rather than simply sending a pm.
But that's what I'll do in the future.
Regards
John
