New waste tank installed, normal clean and I'm only missing a small amount. Power Clean (as instructed by SG) and following nozzle check is perfect. Printer left for 2 days and nozzle print still perfect. Fingers crossed! I forgot to mention, the new inks SG sent me all had July 2016 as their shelf lives!
When I installed the new waste cart it immediately showed only 60% left, is this normal??

Disappointed to say nozzles are dropping again. Even more disappointing is Sawgrass response, or not as the case appears to be! Emailed and told them nozzles were dropping, they requested nozzle check prints, sent them over last night and asked that they call me asap. 4pm and nothing so I dropped an email...nothing. I guess that's them for the weekend then!
SG knew that I had to get this printing in working order by the end of this week as I'm preparing to go away on business. There simply seems to be no urgency with them, this has gone on far too long. I'll wait for a phone call Monday and if nothing comes I'll be on the phone telling them I want the printer replacing or ideally refunding. Very poor show SG
