Re: Breakages in transit - how many are acceptable?
Have never had a single breakage from BMS myself. I'd imagine Martin or Scott will sort you out with replacements. I wonder did they get a dodgy batch recently that already had breakages.
Re: Breakages in transit - how many are acceptable?
I've never had any broken from bms and they pack them better than other suppliers, their packaging of two boxes in one does make them heavy and I always feel sorry for the courier having to carry them up my steep drive way. I would certainly order more from bms if they were able to implement the same postal service as coralgraph without impacting there prices.

I had to stop using Bms because of not only the breakages but the double courier when you order two boxes. I'm using subliblanks now and their carriage is less and only a few broken.
They wrap the box in bubble wrap them put it in another box.
When i asked bms if they could do this i was told no.

I was putting in a decent order with BMS the other day.... got to checkout and saw the cost of shipping
cancelled the order and went elsewhere at a fraction of the cost.
