When using paper on phone cases the corners do not come out as nice
Film melts around the phone case

The price of the infrared machine that I have posted is about $2850US plus $470 for shipping.
That is a lot more money than the small machine.

Is there any quality difference than the corner issue ??...Cos paper with Glossy cases gives some residue kind of a effect on printed surface ..That's not a major issue but glossy cases you expect to be full shiny gloss finish ..But I don't know about the results from films ..Are they fully Gloss with no residue kind of effect in cases ??..

I think film is better for corners, and for the surface. I notice paper gives an 'orange peel' look to it.
Film is better but I had a problem printing black with film... Paper printed better black but I am upgrading my printer to see what happens.

The reason I contacted SunMeta is because they made up this box to use the gold film
http://sunmeta.en.alibaba.com/product/1 ... aking.html

But they no longer support this and now are pushing their new machine.
I'm still waiting for a video to see this new machine in action.

I'm no expert but from what I can gather when using film the film itself acts as the membrane that pulls down around the phone case.
You don't need to have the silicon membrane wrap around the case like when using paper.

The vacuum is less which is why a smaller machine is viable....but I haven't seen it yet.

Hi Paul yes thats what I am looking for ..Flims ..I have a red one and use it with papaer ..Only problem is Glossy cases you get some sort of a residue kind of a texture (Not Golssy Glossy ) and I think this comes from the Paper If I am right ..So I would like try Flims and thought to have a one for spair .That Small machine looks so cheep and I wasnt sure I really wanted a one anyway ......
