Hi
Now that I have the thing cutting more often than not it leaves out a letter on the vinyl. I stay within the perimeters of the red square, I didn't have any of these problem using a Craft Robo with Studio software....any ideas where I may be going wrong

Thanks

Downgrade Designer Software to 2.9.45 - I have been through all of these problems too, finally settled on a version which just works.
My website is open: www.Linksrepairshop.co.uk

Using FlexiStarter 10 and a Liyu SC631e & a Silhouette Cameo cutter. 2x Ricoh SG3110dn printers and Adkins Auto Clam press. Using Sublijet-r from Sawgrass.

Are you using a mat?
If not have you selected load mat instead of load media?

Where its not cutting the letter, is your adjustable pinch roller going over it?

Did you try using the same software version I suggested? I had exactly the same problem - this solved it.
