Hello all,

I currently use Cameo Sihlouette Studio to resize my images prior to printing. Due to printer failures, I need to send my images to a 3rd party for them to print but dont know if they will be able to open sihlouette files.

What would be the best free software for me to download and use that will allow me to resize images to whatever I need them for and keep the same aspect ration then save as a file such as .jpeg ?
