how would you apply this graphic

Hi friends.
Could you please advice how should I apply this graphic. It has to be FLOCK in two colours. Approx 14 cm on lenght.
I'm not sure if it's better to multilayer flock (white on red) or cut white letters and just red outline. I know that doing outline will be more complicated, but I worry that multilayered flock won't take so many washes and also will be too "heavy".

also, as printing is only my hobby, could you please kindly advice how much could I charge for 25 and 50 pieces. I know it depends on location ect, but if you could just give me an idea ! - I'm not supplying garment, only vinyl.

If pushed i would use std vinyl to make the outline - cut solid obviously then press the flock onto it, i would not layer flock, as it is too heavy.

Not the best font for curving, even slightly as you have as it makes it look too distorted IMHO - this may be sorted by adjusting the character spacing slightly.

remember although they are providing the garments it is still your skill and time, so charge accordingly

just check with your supplier that they are happy for that to work,

Personally to keep the customer happy I would contact someone for a trade price on some printed flock. This can be done on something like a versacamm and you will have both colours in flock

Isn't the flock too thick to go through the versacamm thought they were limited to 1mm.

No, you can get printable flock specifically for print n cut machines (including mine )

I would be concerned about registration, lining up the white exactly right over the red may be tricky

Thank you all for replies. I've done some trials and actually flock on flock wasn't bad at all ! maybe taking under consideration, that it's not going on t-shirts but tracksuits, it doesn't look "too heavy".
Anyway, client decided to go for one color design, so problem solved itself
however new lesson learnt
