Vacuum heat machine unresponsive buttons issue

hello.

At the moment im facing a problem with vacuum machine from best sub. when i turn on 3D SUBLIMATION HEAT MACHIEN (ST 3042) buttons and touch panell is not responding to touching and pushing buttons. only one half of panel doesent work (buttons: ,,POWER'', ,,TIME SETTING'', ,,TEMPERATURE'', ,,-'') the rest of the buttons works well. i want to ask if someone have faced this problem and what solutions it may have ? do i need to change control panel or the main board ? where to buy those spare parts if the fault are in it ?

there is a photo of which buttons does not responds to pushing/tauching.

They are horrible buttons (I have the same machine). I have found a very small indentation somewhere on each button and that works for me. If that does not work I would recommend you taking it to an electrician and ask them to replace with proper switches

Issue: Control panel is working not properly.
1.When machine is turned on its buttons only responds to these buttons which are on right side, only after pressing all of them(TIMING, VACUUM, HEATING) other side buttons starts to respond. i always need to perform these actions in order to be able to press any of POWER, TIME SETTING, TEMPERATURE,+/- buttons.
2.Usually when turned on SUBLIMATION HEAT PRESS MACHINE is not responding AT ALL to any pushing of the buttons.
3.In order to set the temperature it automaticaly drops to the lowest temperature. to button (+) it reacts as to button (-) meaning that the temperature or timing only can be minused.
