Coaster Storage

I am looking to find a good way of storing our coasters.
We use the 10cm glass coasters, and have set designs, so I want to find a way of having them stored once printed, so when an order comes in for coaster design 25, I can go and get one quickly without hunting through a box of 40 different coaster designs.
Ideally, I'd like to find a drawer system like a Raaco which can hold a number of 10cm square coasters in each drawer, but I can't find anything that fits the bill yet, so am opening up to suggestions, or other ideas please.

The Range, Poundstretcher and Hobbycraft all sell plastic storage drawer units ranging in size and price. Best one I found it from The Range, the drawers are approx A4 and there are 11 drawers.

if they are glass coasters, they might be a bit heavy for the plastic drawer units. an old fashioned plan chest is your friend, good and solid, and you can section off the drawers, the old 2nd hand ones have solid bases on the drawers and can hold a lot of weight

We're already printing ahead of orders to be able to keep up with the level of orders coming in, and storing them isn't currently a porblem in terms of damage, it's more being able to pick out the right ones quickly. Also printing in bulk is more economical in terms of machinery and staff time.

This is purely for storage of products in our production space, for sending out for retail and wholesale orders, our tradeshow stock is already stored away in wooden crates.

This was the kind of thing I was thinking about, but from the ones I've seen, I haven't found one that is a good fit for the coasters, Ideally I'm trying to have one individual drawer per coaster design, rather than having to divide bigger drawer ups.

If only we could find plan chests locally that weren't sold at a premium for being "antique" we would buy a load of them, as they'd also be great for storing large textile transfers, and a range of other things.

It could be what I want doesn't exist, and I'll have to compromise, but thought I'd ask here to see if anyone had already found what I'm looking for - I will have another look at the plastic drawers though.

The best way to get exactly want you want Tim, to your exact specifications, has surely got to be hiring a local chippie to make it for you. That way you won't have to settle on anything that you're not 100% happy with.
