Re: Royal Mail losses - percentage?
Is there a site (I'm guessing its on RM) for an OBA? I'd seriously like to look at that.

Hi James
OBA is the Royal Mail online business account. You sort your deliveries and place them in sacks, you can either have them collected or drop them in at the Post Office or Sorting Office. No waiting in a queue, just sling them over the counter and go.

Officially, you need to have a minimum of 1000 packages a year to send to get an OBA (although they are negotiable on this) I works out cheaper than using RM as a consumer client, especially if you're a VAT registered company.

I dont think its always about the delivery method of posting, but where you are selling them.
ie most 'lost post' seems to be via ebay
