Changing Handle on mini 3D machine

Need to swap the handle over from the mug attachment to the phone one, any ides if its a staight swap?

It should be a straight swap because they do fit each other but the position of the screws makes it a nightmare - I gave up and just use the phone drawer without the handle, just make sure you wear gloves !
