The website design I have now I launched last Monday and took around 7 days to complete as old theme and case designer we starting to feel old and customers were asking for a designer with more options so new one has Facebook and Instagram app so customer can get their image from there
I've used opencart for around 4 year now and it's always been adaptable to ideas I had as there are plenty extensions available or quite cheap to get made.

Yeah I looked at few but opencart to me is the best, there's a few big names using opencart as it's an all in one and can be adapted

Have fun with the playing with the features you'll pick it up in no time.
If you decide to stick with opencart make sure you install vq mod as a lot of extensions use it as it doesn't override the opencart default files so it doesn't cause any problems for your site

All I do is in the backend under orders/products click the link under the product name, this will then open the designer and you can download the customers design as a PDF or image in one or you can use the editor to remove your template and you will be left with just the customer photo/design, download it and simply open in photoshop or corel and print

what domain you installing it on?

ok so thats abit different to woo commerce, ( i couldnt get results on that) so you are basically going into their design and downloading it like a custome could?

Im using godaddy for domain and hostgator for hosting if thats what you ment?

kind of, the customer cannot download the design once purchased however they can download the finished image.

When you open the order and click "products" then click the design link under the "product name" it will basically open a designer for you to edit the design, save as PDF, PNG, SVG etc

sorry I meant your url e.g www.mydomain.com PM me if you don't people to see it

oh my bad, its printthelook.com ..nothing to see yet though

im just having a look at what your talking about on their demo site, but the pdf that i receive contains the phone case outline for example.

how does that work when your printing it out for transferring; does it get in the final product, can you remove it?

would it be better to just be given a positioned photo for you to work with?
