Sublimagic Do they ever answer the phone?

Hello...

I stupidly bought a heat press from Sublimagic, that has been repaired once, The press its self is handy for doing umbrellas and the odd coaster or 2 but for the last couple of days the auto heat cut off is not working....

So I set it for 190° it reaches its target temp and then carries on getting hotter and hotter, I have tried to contact Jon Senior but He hardly ever replies to his emails and never answers the phone, or calls back.

Any advice on what to do? In the grand scheme of things something should be done about traders who sell tat, and dont back it up with customer service.

He was slow in answering emails when I dealt with him earlier this year, never had cause to call him.

I get the impression that the website/ebay are a secondary job/income for him, hence the delay in getting back to you
