What is causing this?!

I've pressed a few shirts and they have come out great, I haven't changed the settings at all and now the transfers look like they are burning/melting? See image below:

is it possible you have got some ink left on your teflon sheet and that is transferring onto them ?

is there any change in the texture of the parts that are coloured this way, ie you say it looks burnt - does it actually feel different ??

I've tried a couple of different bits now and it's only doing it on the left hand side. So confused as it was working a treat. Vinyl is still pressing lovely through it

Good news! My new Teflon sheet arrived and I'm having the best results yet with my transfers
