Using a blocker does not solve the underlying issue which needs to be addressed by the forum software developer. I have just tried another forum that has inline and a bottom rotating banner, no problem but it uses phpBB.
Incidentally all is well as I type in the reply box which seems to anchor the page.

this has been happening on/off for yrs now on here and no one bothers....we gave you solutions to fix it....so why dig deeper into something ??? :rolleyes:
