Hi Guy's

Picked up a 2nd hand, nearly new Adkins beta maxi swivel heat press this week, just had a play about with it this morning pressing my first couple of polo tops (its like Christmas had come early, us boys and toys eh)

The heat press had been in storage for around a year or so and was a wee bit dusty, whats the best way to clean the lower foam pad as its a bit dusty and when I had gave it a wipe over with a damp cloth it wasnt cleaning very well, as if the dust was sticking to the foam pad.

Cheers

I think JML do something similar to this, available online or from Dyas. Very effective

You might find some low tack masking tape wrapped around your hand - sticky side out, and then pat the platten clean. Probably take several lots of tape as it looses the little tack it has quite quickly. Dont use ordinary masking tape or other sticky tape as they can leave a residue.
