Hi not used these mugs before used another supplier before, but the temp and timing I had for last mugs are not working on these mugs, photos are coming out bitty and look sticky, tried using instructions from website as well but no difference.
This is what I'm doing at the mo:
160oc 170 secs, tried the other way round too. Don't know what to do.

what do you mean by "bitty and look sticky"

Up your temperature and time to 180/180 - we use 200/200 for our mugs

Tried 180/180, didn't come out, so going to try 190/190 and see if it makes a difference

check your paper. See if you print on correct side of the paper. Lick your fingers and grab a page. one will stick to your finger. this is correct side to print on.
