Well everyone tonight has been a big learning curve for me. Firstly, my Ricoh printer arrived late afternoon so had to get it set up and to be honest i am not a very techie type person. Got the printer set up already had my mugs designs ready, so printed one - heat pressed - low and behold the colours werent right. So after reading lots on here downloaded the power driver. Did another print and the colours looked great - heat pressed - what i hadnt spotted was though that the text had turned itself round - i had already done that on the design, but the printer for whatever reason had turned it again!
So i turned it back on the design and low and behold i now have a good mug!
Now, i bet there are a few out there thinking daft so and so, and other thinking - that was me!!
but how do i get the printer not to reverse the designs? I have always done that myself and would prefer to do so in the future!
Thanks for this forum its a mind of information
regards
Ang

Hi Ang,
On the Powerdriver's preference page the "mirror" check box is usually selected. Switch it off if you want to control the mirroring yourself. Karen
