Hello All

I was wondering what plotters you guys use to contour cut if you have an image on transfer paper that needs to be contoured.

I have a Mimaki 1300mm wide plotter I use for cutting vinyl and contour cutting of laminated printed graphics and was wondering if any of you guys use anything similar, possibly roland versacamms, mutohs, graphtec etc or the same type I have.

Im assuming I can use my mimaki to do this if required, just cant get my head round it as all the vinyl I cut has a backing paper and I just amend the blade pressure and cutting speed for different vinyl types.

Cheers

Bob I have a Roland and a cameo (Cameo is for small stuff as it works with my printer so can do contour cutting using both) but never used the Roland to cut transfer paper! Not sure why I would need to to be honest, I use it for T shirt vinyl but mainly vinyl....

Cheers Scott, was just curious to see if anyone used a "real" plotter so to speak oposed to the small craft models, I assume I would just set crop marks as I do at present for contour cutting printed then laminated prints.

Thanks again
