Hi, I am new to Sublimation and the forum has already been of benefit to me (Thanks Artygamer).
I have a couple of new projects starting in the new year which require an A3 size print so I need to make some purchases to be able to get going with this. My 1st project is for sublimation Polo/T-shirts with print on the front and back.
I have done a fair bit of research and arrived at a few possibilities in terms of equipment. I will purchase an A3 Printer (Likely to be Ricoh SG7100DN). I will of course need a heat press and I have spoken to several suppliers and a have a few offers (some better than others!). The Pressmech and Adkins swing away options seem to be the direction I will go but I would welcome any suggestions from the more knowledgeable people who frequent this forum.
I may in future have a need to press items that are thicker than polo/t-shirts so I will consider this when I purchase the new press.

Re: Hello
Hi Kermit and welcome to the forum!
I have both of those presses you mention. if you're looking at thicker items, acrylics etc. then the Pressmech is the way to go, cracking machine
You may struggle with the Adkins on items over 15mm without a lower platen on the bottom, nevertheless a great machine also.
Anyway, that's enough chat in the intro's section, go make some posts!
