does anyone know where i can get these metal inserts ?

I note that quite a few suppliers are out of stock.

Not sure, but have you tried Listawood Trade Supplies?

They have them on their website but I am not sure if they show live stock control.

Click on the MEMBERSHIP tab and its all there.

£10.00 per year with decent discounts across a lot of suppliers.
