Is my Signzworld cutter broken?

had a exact issue with same cutter! the rollers dropping of they place. Contacted signzworld and they emailed us courier stamp for collection. fixed within a few days.

im currently looking at a cutter from them at the moment,

can i ask what model it is and they seem to have a feew all looking the same.
