Ribbon printer

Hellllp!

Decided I would like to have a ribbon/clothing label printer in the shop as an additional service. Have read previous posts (was going to buy from CPL but ...............) Another minefield.

Has anybody bought one in the last year or so? Does it do all it should? Most importantly, what was customer service/back up like?

Looking at http://shop.ribbonprint.com/en/3-printers Anybody have any experience with them?

If it's polyester ribbon, just use sublimation transfers on your heat press ... it's what we do (sometimes on the flat bed, sometimes the rotary) Usually down the side of the rotary whilst the big fabric is going through.
