ricoh 3110 error code 57000

Hi Guys
Just wondered if anyone has come across this.
I have a ricoh 3110dn printer bought from xpres about 2 months ago. all was going fine with it to until today when I had a paper jam. The printer now says "cleaning feed belt wait 2mins" then ask to turn off on with error code SC (57000). Once it reboots it again does a feed belt clean and repeats the message.
Any help? I cant seem to find anything online

Call Xpres in the morning and advise them of the problem. They'll follow this up with Sawgrass for you.

Ooops canx that just found a post from bms in april 13

DO NOT DO THIS. The reset process must ONLY be done with a brand new set of cartridges with authorisation from your supplier in conjunction with Sawgrass.

I know this thread is pretty old but I got the very same problem today. After a paper jam I get this error message and I have no idea how to fix that. Did you fix your problem then?
