Surely if I then purchase the sawgrass inks and need help, they would still help me or does it have to be if you bought the printer and inks together?

Many thanks for your reply. :)
It's often cheaper to buy the Ricoh printer and the SubliJetR inks from a supplier rather than buying the Ricoh printer and then buying the inks separately. The RRP of the SubliJetR inks is £175 +vat for example yet a Ricoh printer and a full set of SubliJetR inks can be purchased for under £235 +vat. I doubt you would find a Ricoh SG3110 for as low as £60 +vat (£72 inc vat) on Ebay or anywhere else come to that.

The SG3110 is 92 inc vat new including delivery with a set of non sublimation ink (which is not fitted just in the box with the printer).

Ricoh ink carts are then worth £30 each new (Ebay prices) so you could flog them cheap to recoup some money.

And then these:

If these are genuine and readily available then I think all the Sawgrass dealers will be shifting their buying to that seller. That price is so far below our trade prices it's remarkable.

We have also posted on here numerous times that we have literally dustbin loads of these and can offer them to any DSF member really cheaply. We now only use Ricoh printers in our office as we have more ink that we can shake a stick at :) Only this week we sold a printer and filled the box which the Ricoh is supplied in to the brim with spare sets of Ricoh genuine ink cartridges (and this was to one of the sublimation suppliers on here).

Probably the best thing anyone on this forum could do is buy a second Ricoh for their general day to day printing, and get these carts!! Perfect for invoices etc. Think we got 10 sets off you last time Martin, and they are still going strong!!
