Finally me new toy has arrived hong kong interjet210e flatbed printer with no import tax and the 100 hundred phone cases in the back had £4.10 tax ???..

What price had the factory declared the value of the items?

A await with interest what your finding are on the machine.

Its always a gamble with customs, if YOUR trailer is examined you will get charged if they think you should be - most of the time your bits dont get inspected though. I have had this 'Hit or miss' situation many times with parts I import.

Looking forward to the 'in-depth' commentary of this machines new life :)

cant promise much in the way of commentary but will sort an indepth review in next couple of days as theres not really much on youtube thats understandable at moment....

Not quite sure where to put this thread, im a bit short of the 500 post mark for the video section and I can only post 1 video at a time :cool: and its not quite sublimation, but im sure some-one will correct me..

Well ive spent the day leaning the path of using Camtasia Studio 8 'lovely program' and uploading to youtube on what i hope is going to be a decent series of videos from the buying of a flatbed to selling my first printed item. Hopefully from these videos others can grasp the concepts etc of how one of these work and perhaps help on that winter DTG project.
