Ricoh gxe3300n borderless printing

Help!
Trying to print on the Ricoh gxe3300n with border less printing.
I have 8 by 10 sheets of metal to print on. The A4 printer has a border around the picture making the picture just too small for the 8 by 10 sheets.
Does anyone know how to get rid of the border around the picture on this printer. The settings do not seem to allow me to edit the border although I can change the size of the picture within the border.
Just used 20 sheets of paper trying.
Any ideas?
