I have been very pleased with BMS, Scott even called and offered to produce any prints for me whilst my machine was out of action - top marks for service and support there :)
Doh, I just did Ant N Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway tour mugs. Could have done with a 1000 free prints :wink:

Maybe worth then buying a Ricoh and giving it a death by powercut treatment!
