My Cyan cart is also not 100% clicked into placed like the others, it pops out a little but am getting ink come through
ok im New to all of this but i can absolutly tell you! your problem is not comin from the software, it might be the cartriche not conected properly or it might be damage, anyway try using a diferent printer or sending yours to service! it might help. Cheers

Ps: if you see estrange words, Its my iPad auto-correcction cant turn it off.

Hi
Still haven't solved this yet but Sawgrass stopped replying to my emails and TMT blamed the powerdriver but were helpful and gave me another ICC Profile to try but that was even worse than the Sawgrass one so getting Paul to create me one but he's on holiday at the moment so hopefully this will fix my problems. I've pushed the Cyan cart in and held it in place with tape and noticed no difference so will see what a new Profile does, will keep you posted.
Thanks

I notice that Sawgrass have a v1.03 for there ICC profile so downloaded that and noticed no difference to the v.01 that I have. I have had a custom ICC profile made, I pressed the charts onto a t-shirt and they did it from that and it is almost identical to the sawgrass profile but the cyan is a pale blue and the green is light instead of dark, both don't produce a magenta but the neon red is the next best. I think I'm still going to get Paul to do a profile next week though when he's back off holiday but not holding out much hope. Think I'm going to have to print out the Sawgrass palette and use that in CorelDraw and hope I don't get any logos etc where I can't tweak the colours!

I just did a couple of test on poliéster yesterday, Was having is isues with colors as well, what i did was (in Photoshop) use adobe 1998 as my working icc, then when printing i Check "Photoshop manage the colors" and choose sRGB as my printing icc also dont forget to turn off your printers color management, and thats all worked fine for me, the isues Came from the timing on the heat bed, the guy who sold me everything gave said i need 180 C @ 80s, didnt work, i had to raise it to 180s. Give it a try and tell us what happends

sRGB is another working space profile like Adobe 1998, it is NOT a printer profile, this in Photoshop is where you need to select the ICC profile from your ink manufacturer, or the ICC profile you've had made, or made yourself if you have the kit, or at the very worst an ICC for another manufacturers sublimation ink.

yes i wish i had all of the above pisquee, but the guy who sold me the printer and the heat press didnt give me any icc, plus the time and temperature for everything is wrong, i already got like 10 plates lying around becuase the color was burn out or the image is fading. ie: poliester T-shirts it saids 180 C @ 80s buuuttt...... it would work only at 180 C @ 180s, mugs 200 C @ 200s the same dosent work and plates, is the same stuff. just sharing a little of my pain lol,

Hi there, you need to read what piquee said couple posts up. sRGB is not a printing icc. Its working space that photoshop use. so you probably will be better off to not use any at all. but this won't sort your problems out aim afraid :(
can you tell us more about your blanks? t-shirts, mugs and plates? where you got them from?are you sure they are suitable for the job?

regards
Paul
