Good printer offer?

Ok, how about this deal on an Epson Printer:

This seems incredibly cheap so I assume it is because it needs a sub kit and ink?

That's about it. The EasyFlow System with ink, profile etc will add a further £219 +vat to this price. It's the inks that cost the money.
