CIE can't create icc's properly for sublimation. simply as they do NOT understand the process. you are 3rd person who is complaining about colours after CIE created they profile. They may be good with ink they sell but with subli stuff they not as good...

Hi Paul! Recognise you from YouTube... I believe you do ICC profiles, can you do them for sublimation?

Also, what if I pay for another profiling & it turns out to be the ink at fault? In such instance, I'd have to buy new ink, refillable cartridges, and ICC to start all over again... Are you confident that it's a defective profile?
