Cases not fitting

Hi Guys,

I have a decent supplier from china but just having issues with the cases when blank they dont fit on to the phones and should shrink after sublimation. This happens sometimes but not all the time. I use the big red oven for my sublimation and I sub at 190 with 2 plates for 7 mins 30 the print is perfect bet every now and then the cases dont fit the slide up and down on the device!

Can anyone help?

I have similar issues, except with bending at the top left corner (as you look at the phone screen). So 99% are fine, but that 1% still means that I'm losing a bit of money that I'd rather not lose. I think it's just bad manufacturing but if you're getting more failures than successes, I'd switch to another manufacturer. How bad is it?

Its not overly bad the device just moves slightly up and down which im not 100% happy sending them out.
