I have only used One box, that was from Subli . co.uk

I now have a couple of boxes from the Giraffe (as I went to visit and he has a pallet full) but havent tried any yet as I am still without a single press.
My website is open: www.Linksrepairshop.co.uk

Using FlexiStarter 10 and a Liyu SC631e & a Silhouette Cameo cutter. 2x Ricoh SG3110dn printers and Adkins Auto Clam press. Using Sublijet-r from Sawgrass.

I need your advice again, please.
What do you think about Signzworld? Any feedbacks about the quality of their mugs? Like this one:

Or have you got any suggestions about a good Ebay supplier?
I missed this when it was first posted. SIGNZWORLD have now lost ALL of their original support workers . The ones they have now are on a Adhoc basis from Agency and some of the stories I have heard are remarkable. Disgusting customers service with the owners wife even telling customers they are "stupid customers when they were actually sent a Dead on Arrical cutter. (not an unusual occurrence)

Anyway there is an alternative supplier in Birmingham who have a very very good customer care policy. http://artechgraphics.co.uk/4-bulk-subl ... ugs-pallet

Well recommended.

I had some mugs from signzworld (11oz). Not to many. They where terible!
But i cant fault they customer service. We had a few problems with cutter from them. Every time they send courier to pick it up at their expense. I contacted them about 3d macines and spoke to Victoria. Lovely voice over the phone and very helpfull. They also send me 10 cases for iphone 5 instead 4/4s. It was swaped next day with huge appology. Cant fault them.

Hi Justin its a long story.

But yes essentially I "used" to sell cutters on ebay in a commercial agency arrangement for A chinese guy on a basis that he did not do any thing illegal. Well he got too greedy after about 18 months and kicked me out owing around 40k in commission because I challenged a number of things that suddenly became apparent when I went to fill in at the warehouse when one of his tech guys went to get married . I found out he was shill bidding, not charging VAT to all his customers, creating his own CE marking, not bothering with health and safety on site in the warehouse.

Anyway my son had been working for him for 4 months so we both got kicked out as he does not like to be questioned. I did all the tech support from remote venues, together with training etc etc etc .

So I know what they are like. He even closed down a company so he does not have to pay me. (He is using Phoenix companies to evade VAT)

All the workers who I trained and some who came after I had been dispensed with, have all left as they cant work in that environment. Any way I have been hearing of a local company who have fairly recently started up who have decent products and been getting good local reviews and as I am always getting PM's on here decided to let people know when I saw the question about Mugs. SIGNZWORLD used to buy seconds and sell them at full price and refund for any breakages (that they knew they would get) hardly fair on teh customer who thinks they are getting a full box of decent quality mugs.

Hope all this helps.

BTW I have for the last two years not worked with the owner of Signzworld but still helped people on here remotely install drivers free of charge for Liyu machines as their own tech support has gone down and down and down, they really are just box shifters now and they dont really care whats in the boxes. ;( Not good for customers or forum users.

How long ago was that Paul??

I negotiated them a deal with DPD (they cant speak english very well) where they pick up for 4 quid if they deliver for 6 quid so delivery costs £10. His wife decided that was too expensive.
