Started off with Impact and did a contour inside and another outside

Premier League used a modified version of Optima...quick Photoshop job attached.

Xpres used to have these free to download as CDR or EPS, not sure if still available on their site, I have them downloaded on my pc if anyone needs them just let me know email address and I will send over, I also have the 3d block ones.

Now you all come with solutions! lol. I completely forgot to look on the Xpres site, thanks for the nudge Son of a gun, everything I needed right there.....and I used these ones years ago so should have remembered, slapped wrist.
