Black and shaded areas Discoloured on Slate and Mugs. Cause Unknown

This is a constant problem, black and shaded areas are not transferring well onto ceramic mugs and rock slates. I never used to have this problem so cant figure out what the problem is.

Mugs and paper are from signz world (debating changing but they are reliable)

Inks...they have a cheetah on the bottle if that helps

An ICC profile is what your computer uses to know how what colour your inks actually are, and how then to tell your printer how to mix them together to make the correct colours.
IIRC the cheetah inks are cheap Chinese, unlicensed sublimation inks, of unknown quality. There's plenty of sublimation inks from big reputable ink companies available, so why you've chosen to base your printing business on these.
Equally, the sublimation paper you use has a huge baring on the final print quality, so please again use something that is actually branded and of good, known, quality.
Looking at your images, I would say that either your are struggling just due to not having an ICC or your software colour management set up correctly, or that the ink is not flowing properly through your printer (you haven't mentioned if you are using a CISS or refill carts)

It could even be down to the dark colours / blacks burning - though I've never seen blacks burn quite as bad as that.
Pisquee's point is well made though - there are plenty of suppliers out there for ink, most of whom can provide a profile / PowerDriver, and will also help you install and configure it if you ask them nicely. I appreciate that the 'big name' suppliers aren't going to be as competitive on paper / ink / substrates as some of the lesser known suppliers, but why quibble over a few pence (or the odd pound) when you know you are buying quality (and can get support when things go wrong)?
