You will need cooling jigs where available or dummy phones.
The plastic obviously melts during the printing process and to get the case back to the correct shape you need to let it cool in something that ensures it is the exact shape. Cooling jigs are the best thing to use, but for things like the Samsung I could not find one, so instead I purchased a dummy phone off ebay, I peel the print, place on the dummy case and then drop in water to cool off straight away. Works well for me.

I know the type you mean, but I have no idea how good they are. You will definitely need dummy phones as well because you need to make sure your item fits before dispatching.I didnt get a cooling jigknow of a site that sells them? The multi phone one?
No sure, might be worth a try but make sure you cover your pad with release paper top and bottom just in case something goes wrong..can I do mouse pads woth this machine?

Re: Need Help please! ST 3042 Machine
This is some great discussion on this thread.
I have a question too about my ST-3042. I also recently purchased it and I am having a similar problem.
I have successfully sublimated 140 iPhone cases with this machine and they all look good.
But now, I am suddenly getting pixellation on the edges of image that I have been sublimating. I checked the air filter and waste container and the air filter was dirty so I changed it and the waste container was empty; there was nothing in there.
All the connections seem fine. There are no cracks in any of the hoses. Everything appears intact. When the image is sublimating on the ST 3042 the pressure gauge says 0.05.
The silicon sheet is fine, no rips or tears. The seal around the case when it is vacuuming seems fine too.
The printed image is fine and no problems.
I couldn't find any trouble shooting information on the internet for this problem, therefore I emailed 4 different suppliers asking for help and none of them will help. Including the seller I purchased it from on AliExpress. That's another story though, and I have since launched a complaint against this seller.
Anyway, I am sure it's something minor as far as maintenance goes, but I just can't put my finger on it.
I think it's just kind of weird for this to suddenly occur!
Do you guys have any insight?

Re: Need Help please! ST 3042 Machine
It looks like you have a gap between the paper and case causing the print to not fully sublimate.
I'd try changing your wrapping technique (and sometimes I find that putting it in the centre of the machine horizontally can help believe it or not).
There's lots of help and discussion on wrapping on this forum but I'm finding that generally less is more.
Good Luck!
John.

Hi UCase/John,
Those tips seemed to help! thanks!
I did run my glove over the case before while it was vacuuming but this time I made sure I was OCD about it!
I guess I didn;t have to be this careful before because the silicon was new and everything but as it obviously got used. I had to pay more attention to it. Makes sense.
Thanks again!
Much appreciated!
Larry
