a couple of years ago I picked up a photo of my car on my way in to a show. It was printed/ pressed on to a metal sheet with a stand.. Photos below. Where could I get these as blanks?

Looks like a Chromaluxe panel with the easel stuck on. I get my Panels from Xpres and I've had the easels from Novachrome

Do you buy them already made up? Or the panel and easel separate? If so, how is it stuck on?
