Can't make printer work on windows 8.1

Hi All

I hope someone can help me.

My laptop blew up last week and I had to purchase a new computer.

I am having difficulty setting everything set up again.

Re-installed the printer and drivers

Installed new updated power driver V4 from BMS

Configured everything BUT

I have two paper trays 1 set for mug paper and 1 for A4, on the old computer everything worked fine. I told the power driver which paper to use and it found it and printed.

Now it only finds the mug paper in the top tray, (yes I have auto select paper tray ticked) and even if I want the mug paper the image is not in the centre.

Please help, my orders are backing up as I can't print anything.

New computer uses bloody window 8.1 grrrrr
