Hopefully this is a font.....but which!?

Looks like this (awful quality) graphic is based upon a font, anyone know which by any chance?

Thought it was SimLLHP but when I tried to recreate it there were too many differences. Can still send it over if you want something vaguely similar to base a redraw from.

If you want it anyway, you can get it here. Not sure of the licensing behind it as I've had most of my fonts at least ten years and those readme files are long gone!
