I got a call two days ago form a local business about 20 miles away asking if we were interested in any embroidery machines, their old tenant has shut shop after a long time and can't be bothered moving machines. Long story with kind of short version here but he has offered me the machines, he said there was embroidery machines, sewing machines and printer with heat press. I went to view (taking embroidery machines I think) and asked to view sublimation printer and press, he takes me to a room with this massive roller type thing with a 8x4ft heater above it, machine is almost 3x2x2m in size, said the company printed full rugby/football style strips on material then cut and sewed.

I could see this was a factory that probably had 50 employees (roughly)

The guy is looking to get the stuff sold, but has not advertised yet.

Not sure if this is any good to anyone but PM and I will happily pass on details

Has the shop owner got the right to sell the tenants machines ?

I would be wanting to talk to the owner of the machines, they could even be rented.

The landlord has permission to sell, the owner of machines is happy to show me embroidery machines running so I would assume the same for these. If you want sellers number give me a PM.
