ref inkjet transfers on polo shirts

getting the material of the polo shirt coming through transfer
what would be wrong or why is this happening
photo 1 is gildan dryblend 50% cotton 50% polyester
using yolo jet-opaque II for transfer
photo 2 and 3 is fruit of the loom Easy care 65% polyester 35% cotton
using yolo jet-opaque II for transfer
any one know what im doing wrong

The same happens when using the thinner vinyls such as MDP hot flex etc the texture if the T-shirt will come through due to the thickness of the transfer. Obviously the intention with the inkjet transfers is to be as thin as possible to have a better hand but with polos this isn't ideal... Well others may prove me wrong I guess lol maybe try reducing pressure

have you tried calling yolo to see what they suggest ?? their customer service is good, you have to also accept the limitations of the materials you are using, and remember their longevity

yes rang them the girl was nice but never really gave me an answer just that the opaque was a thicker transfer where the transfer is on the shirt it now like a sheet of plastic so just thought id put it on here to see if I got a better answer
I was using a cheap inkjet paper that I got from ebay and never had any problems with it but there was no name on it and I cant find it any more this is why I went for the better yolo paper

yep the opaque is very thick, i had some last minute white t shirts to do for a race for life team, and the logo on the front was not suitable for vinyl, so i printed it on that, i apologised to the customer, the feel was not good, and that was only a small chest piece, have you thought of getting someone to price you for having them printed up as transfers ? Roger C or Social Giraffe perhaps

they are just a one off so getting them done as transfers wouldn't be really cost affective for me
