If poss, could you share which press it is? I'd love one which I could just switch on and leave. It honestly drives me MAD having to use the timer. The beeping is unbelievably loud.

We use the timers on them to count down each mug, but that is the only time it beeps - when the timer runs out.

4. just before 0, switch off press and take mug out, plunging in to water.
i found the mugs i was putting into water were getting cracked quite often, beware of this as it can happen and hairline cracks can appear,

I have had a couple do that actually. I try to keep the water more on the warm side than ice cold. I heard this should be done to stop the transfer as often it can bleed if the mug is still warm? I've only seen this happen when we had to quickly get in a load of cheap 10oz mug. Our usual custom made mugs don't seem to do this.mfacer;88246 wrote:I have had a couple do that actually.
