Not sure on that particular font, you could try http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ to try and identify. They also have really good forum where the font geeks can identify pretty much anything I throw at them.

doesn't really look like it is a font to me...just guessing, but the first and second 'a' in Grandpa are totally different looking to me, so I'm guessing it may be hand drawn on a graphics tablet, or similar.
