Hi,

Can someone please tell me the best method of posting my 11oz Sublimation mugs ?

I am stuck between buying Polystyrene Mailers or these
http://www.subli.co.uk/shop/dye-sublima ... d_719.html.

I've read quite a few threads saying that the Smash Proofs were costly on P&P......

I have also bought these mugs from Xpres and am looking for the best way of Posting these bad boys too.... http://www.xpres.co.uk/p-8370-mighty-mu ... ation.aspx

I want the best value in Postage Costs and obviously getting to the customer safe .

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

We always use these smash proof boxes, 2nd class is £2.80 each. Good luck sending those 15oz :-) Small boxes and lots of bubble wrap I'll guess!

If you can find foam boxes like this in the UK they'd work very well.....

I have seen these for 10oz mugs and do like them.

I bought polystyrene mailers a while ago and you got a 125x125x125 box with them, so what i did was just use the polystyrene and taped them up, after they ran out i still had the boxes. What i do with them is, whatever sublimation paper i use for mugs and iphones etc i shread it and pack round the mug inside the box. No breakages yet:) i will just buy boxes from now on and recycle my waste paper.

I use the Smash Proof Postal Boxes. Justin is right - just £2.80 to send one or two (taped together) via 2nd Class. 2nd class gets there as quick as 1st class most of the time.
As they come flat packed, they don't take up much space in my office. Highly recommended!
