need to vectorize an image asap but cant get it right

hi

im trying to vectorize an image but having no luck i tried with corel draw but there were too many nodes, tried with inkscape but it over smoothes and if i turn off smoothing its blocky. I need to have a file that i can open in signcut with the image.

If anybody thinks they can help or are willing to help please let me know by a pm and i will email the image to you.
