I asked the same question to the seller from my link above - asked for a 'Brown' or 'Buff' coloured one and they said:

"Yes it is a brown color teflon sheet. "

I buy mine from here great for larger sizes or to cut down

I get my copper Teflon sheets from Aldi, £2 each. Can't remember what they're marketed as but it's something like "non-stick oven tray sheets". Either way, it's the standard copper-coloured woven Teflon.
