Childrens Coloured Hi Vis Vests

I've been asked if I can supply Childrens Hi Vis vest ideally in black, but if not in red, anybody any suggestions as to where I might be able to source these.

Surely by definition a hi vis vest can not be black?

I would suggest looking for tabbards from a sportwear company. They might have something suitable.

I guess it depends what they're going to be used for. By definition hi vis need a certain percentage of reflection against the bright hi vis colour. You can get other colours, pink for example but they're still hi vis.

Is this a job that might allow t-shirts with hi vis vinyl perhaps?
