Well I tried uninstalling powerdriver and then installing the icc from sawgrass Europe website and making all the changes to colour management and print settings for CorelDraw x6 etc and the results are the same, the colour is not printing correctly

Can't remember which user it was, but they said they got better colours using the ICC with Photoshop managing colours compared to using power driver.
If all PD does is select the Sawgrass ICC and apply it in some way, then the question is more whether or not Photoshop is better at colour management and processing than PowerDriver.
Conde in USA (from reading their posts on T-Shirt Forums) seem to be creating their own ICC profiles for the Ricohs, and recommend users use these instead of Sawgrass' own ICCs or PowerDriver - read into that what you will.

I'd recommend using Adobe RGB (1998) as your workspace profile rather than sRGB. If you set any other equipment to this workspace too (scanner, camera, monitor) then you'll have a bit more of a consistent workflow.

Since installing the ICC I have changed everything to Adobe RGB (1998) that it tells me in the sawgrass guides,

Well I've heard back from sawgrass again and they have just basically said they don't know sort it yourself.

I have tried both powerdriver and ICC with both CorelDraw x6 and photoshop cs6 and I still get the same colour problems no matter which way I use it.

I just get the feeling that both sawgrass and supplier don't care

I've never had a ricoh before so don't know where to go from here apart from smash the stupid thing lol

Make sure that when creating new documents, or loading in old ones, that they are in Adobe 1998, as I have had problems with Photoshop seeming to forget my choices, and not converting on load/import, and not having 1998 as default when creating new file

That's good - remember to check if it suddenly stops asking you (which is what I have had happen!)
