The real secret is to wisdom is to listen to the wise and follow their advice

Wasn't sure about posting here as for the past two years I've been working exclusively with vinyl, but Paul's recent post had me looking through the entire thread and I saw other flex/flock posts so I figured I may as well. I'm not really showing this one off, per se, but thought I'd share my second most time consuming weeding design with you. My other half came up with the idea as a shirt for herself, so I made it for her last week and had to dig it out of the washing basket to photograph it - hence the creases in the helmet. My MOST time consuming weeding design isn't anything I can show you unless I resort to a mock-up as they get made (grudgingly!) and shipped out to customers straight away.
Anyway, here's the Griff one... and some of those dots aren't even 1mm across. I don't use a store-bought weeding tool, I use a multi-tool where instead of a blade or pick, I cut the flat end off a dressmakers pin, then use a Dremel to make it much thinner and sharper at the tip, otherwise I'd never be able to weed it.

Re: Show off thread :)
Just finished packaging up a job to go to the USA in time for an expo. Had to order new S4 jigs as the ones I got with the vacuum press (listed as "Samsung S3/S4"() were bending the S4 cases out of shape. Now that I have dedicated S4 jigs I can see why - totally different size and shape, so they all came out perfectly this time... and I also didn't have to take the Dremel to the little bars alongside the button gaps on the S4 this time.
Anyway, as this was my first 'job lot' since I started doing this (as they've all been individual cases until now), I thought I'd share it. Job was for 100 mousemats, along with 100 phone cases.
