what do I need to make rhinestone transfers?

I'm about to order a cameo cutter, I intend to try rhinestone transfers, as I am probably going to be ordering from MDP can anyone confirm if their " Pro Flock Garment" is what I will need.

yes, if you like to do sticky flock. also some sign vinyl will be needed.

thanks Paul I take it any vinyl will do, what do you use for the top transfer film?

thanks again, I do have mylar I bought ages ago but yours looked a lot smoother than mine does, its got to beat picking up hundreds of the rhinestones with tweezers!
